Can I cancel my order, exchange, or return?

Cancel: You can cancel your order before your order has been shipped. We recommend as soon as possible. We usually ship the same day or the following day.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges, but the dresses have to be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clean). The order must be placed within 3 days. The item must be delivered in no more than 7 days, then we can mail out the NEW dress.

Return: Order needs to be placed within 3 days. We charge 20% for restocking the item. Item must be returned in no more than 7 days in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clean).

When can you ship my order if I place the order today?

Usually, we ship the next day (except Sunday). It does not depend on the quantity of the items you buy. We ship with priority mail with USPS from Los Angeles. It should reach to you in 1-3 business days, according to USPS website. If it reaches you a little later, it is out of our hands. We will provide you a tracking number that can track your item at any time.

Can I place a customize order to shorten my dress?

We do not customize. Why? Because we believe that it would be much better to take it to a local tailor shop to ensure the perfect size you ask. Also, it would be much faster as well. Usually, it will cost $10-$20 for a customization in the United States.

What type of material are the dresses made of? Is it see-through fabric?

The material we use for our convertible dresses is a polyester spandex fabric that consists of stretchy, non-transparent fabric. Our new technology ensures quality in every dress.
